The Smart Construction and Intelligent Maintenance Laboratory was established in 2021 at the School of Intelligent Civil Engineering and Ocean Engineering, College of Artificial Intelligence, Harbin Institute of Technology Shenzhen. At SCIMLab, we pioneer cutting-edge solutions to enhance construction efficiency, optimize asset lifecycle management, and promote sustainable development. Our interdisciplinary team integrates digital twins, IoT, BIM, LLM, Robotics, and other emerging technologies to deliver transformative outcomes for the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) industry.
