Course Description / 课程简介

This course introduces the fundamental theory and knowledge of the Building Information Modeling (BIM), the basic modelling skills, and the crucial principles in the construction industry.Through the classroom teaching and online practices of the course, it aims to cultivate students’ basic ability to independently analyze and solve the problems of civil engineering in informatization design, construction, operation and maintenance, and make students familiar with the basic concepts of BIM technology, 3D modelling methods and BIM applications in the architecture, engineering, construction and maintenance management throughout the design stage, construction stage, prefabrication stage, operation and management stage. In the process of learning, students could enhance their communication skills, improve teamwork capacity, examine theories in practices, boost hands-on problem-solving skills, cultivate self-realization and the core literacy of promoting harmonious social development, and prepare for future industrialization, digitalization and intelligence in their future career.

本课程主要介绍数字建造体系中先进建筑模型（BIM）技术的基础理论知识、基本建模技巧和工程实践原则。通过课程的知识讲授与上机实操等旨在培养学生独立分析和解决土木工程在信息化设计、施工、运维中问题的基本能力，使学生熟悉建筑信息模型技术的基本概念、三维建筑模型结构、建筑、结构、水暖电快速建模方法、设计阶段、施工阶段、预制加工阶段、运营与管理阶段的建筑信息模型应用的基本方法及相关知识。在学习的过程中，锻炼沟通交流能力，提高团队协作能力，能够理论联系实际，增强动手解决问题的能力，培养自我实现与促进社会和谐发展的核心素养，为将来从事建筑业工业化、数字化与智能化相关产业打下基础。
